      Pros

      I will say some of the pros is that you work with flexible people. They are really helpful whenever you are in need. The leadership is constantly growing. Accepting of positive and negative criticism, they are willing to try and make improvements.

      Cons

      The communication can be awful at times, Sometimes the environment can give off clique type setup. Other than that you do your job your pretty much in an okay situation.

      During my IVF journey, I became pregnant and decided to take FMLA. However, it seemed to annoy my boss, who preferred that I go on leave immediately to bring in someone new. I felt capable of continuing to work and chose not to take leave, which seemed to frustrate my boss even further. Overall, I did not feel supported during my pregnancy, and it left me feeling uncomfortable in the workplace. Ultimately, I resigned because I could no longer stay in such a non-supportive environment.
