Unorganized and management let alot of issues go unaddressed

Non of the employees are held accountable for their speed or quality. You have team members who work their tails off to get the customers out the door with 60+ sticks a day, but then there are those who barely hit 20, and they have been around for years. People take advantage of the lacksidaisal management. There is also a lot of "rules" and "requirements" that are just for the sake of fake micromanagement and are not needed, Which slow things down. Whenever a team member tries to offer suggestions, they are always given the "just do what you are told" response. Managers tattle tale on those same team members over the smallest things even though the work is being done and still far more effecient.
