Pros

The employees of Quest (not Managers) are wonderful, compassionate people who pull together to get the job done. Great Collaboration between departments.

Cons

Micro-management, lack of communication trickling to employees. Lack of formal training on job functions or purpose within the department or company, more of a sink or swim mentality. To much politics involved in the treatment of the employees.

Pros

Its a job, thats about it.

Cons

They run the business chronically under staffed. We work double the way we should. If quality was really a goal, then we would have enough workers. If you make a mistake you hear about 100 times from 5 different people. I never see my superviser and the only time I DO hear from them is when i mess up.

Pros

Depending on your supervisor, you get feedback on your performance, especially if you're doing well. They appreciate effort and achievements.

Cons

From my point of view, the company was boring. It is the same old thing everyday. The same tasks, same routine, and management don't even talk to you with this low level title.
