      Great learning experience but lacking leadership.

      Pros

      A laid back environment to work in and got to work with some very intelligent people. Work life balance was great.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity was present for network engineers not in the Northeast where corporate is located. Direct managers will not back their employees and step in where a manager is needed. Employees acting unethically skate by with no consequences. Outsourced Infrastructure after my departure.
