Good company, finally the company is focusing on putting patients first and has scaled back middle management.

Cons

Still need to focus on growth and putting our name out there. have a hard time in a new demographic with getting a patient base. Sales department could be better

Pros

The benefits are good and the T.O.P. is very good I was collecting 16 hours a month for vacation/sick time. he end of the years they would pay out what was not used.

Cons

There is little help from peers with processing specimens, doing blood draws ect..No support from peers there were many days that you felt like you were walking on egg shells.
