      there are none, absolutely none. we ae re "a dime a dozen" we were told this!

      Cons

      i go to work, get paid and hate every minute of it, you do the job of three people and 100% perfection??? this is not possible. i get screamed at dy grannies all day, nothing is ever good enough, right enough or fast enough. we are expected to change direction i-ppon a dime, and not care abour patients

      You don't have to deal with clients.

      Cons

      You do have to deal with the constant gossip of co-workers, the favoritism of the team leads and people that have worked there for one or several decades. All work is primarily night shift. Work is being shoved at you like you are a slave. Not easy-going or laid back at all. They will hound you and make you feel inadequate or inferior with subtle remarks. The floor manager will come down from the throne he calls an office and go straight to the board where your statistics (errors, work done per hour, free time) are put on display for everyone to see. He will stand there and just stare at the board like we are his minions.

      Company is very unorganized so as long as management likes you it doesnt matter if you mess up or do well you won't be held accountable.

      Cons

      If management doesnt like you, you will get blamed for everything. Sexist and racist business unit.
