      Pros

      Very stable job field, good benefits. After 1st year decent amount of time off. Flexible schedule. If not licensed offers CLS school to advance career from lab associate.

      Cons

      High stress, lots of overtime. Advancement can be very politically motivated. San Juan Capistrano location is far from everywhere and down an accident prone 2 lane highway.

      Pros

      Able to listen to mp3 devices while at work. Have a chance to meet interesting people at work.

      Cons

      Unless you have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry, this is NOT the job you want to work for an extended period of time because you will get slightly above minimum wage with very slight raise per year, and with little to chance of promotion.
