      - Good work-life balance - Laid back attitude at work - good office environment - recreational activities planned 2-3 times a year - good online training activities

      Cons

      - Salary much below industry standards - very less incentives - HR has no awareness regarding immigration laws, disability leave procedures or anything in general. - Bad IT systems

      It is tolerable as a resume builder or entry level position, however growth within your department is seriously limited.

      Pros

      The benefits are all there along with job security. The 401k retirement plan, disability, medical, dental, vision, time off with pay, and standard sick/bereavement policies work as expected.

      Cons

      While you have time off accrual, the ability to use it is limited based on the number of free employees within your department (specifically those who can do your work in your stead).
