      challenging positions, always learning something new, adherence to compliance laws, integrity and quality demanded of all employees, support from coworkers

      Cons

      too many new initiatives at a time, did not allow employees adequate time to master one task before moving on to another, difficult to have work/life balance

      company matched 401k, employee stocks

      Cons

      -Lowest salary in the area, other companies starting pay for my field is what im making now after 8 or 9 years. -CPAP, the company cytology evaluation program is designed to make it impossible to succeed, even when maxing out on workload -work environment is extremely punitive. there is no recognition for good work, no bonuses. -management caters to new people, and makes more senior people feel invaluable.

      Pros

      Competitive salaries, competent colleagues, good learning opportunities, good 401k match (first 6% 100% match). I would recommend this to my friends.

      Cons

      It's a large company that is not always quick to enact positive changes. Slowly chipping away at benefits. 1.5% raises across the board last year.
