Pros

Very nice colleagues. Everyone is working as a team and are more than happy to help each other out. Management listens to your opinions. Management doesn't micro manage their employees which, is very nice.

Cons

It's sometimes difficult to know who in HR to reach out to for questions. It's a big company and each business unit has their own HR in addition to the national HR. Certain positions don't pay very in terms of both base and commission structure

Pros

Good hours, fixed pay. Always paid on time without issue. Looks like there is possibility to advance but unsure how far.

Cons

Some calls are very stressful (patients with stories of being unable to pay, etc). Mgmt always trying to coach your calls. Very high volume call center.
