      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work. I worked there for a very long time, company got too big and forgot about the people who made it that way.

      Cons

      Management is poorly trained in people skills, managers have not knowledge of what the front line workers do, and there for are always lost for the answer to any question

      Quest has many valuable people who are open on sharing ideas and information.

      Many times, information is not freely presented from senior management, even when it involves your direct position.

      Pros

      Relatively competitive salary after price adjustments.

      Cons

      Not as stable as one would think because the company is always allegedly losing contract after contract to Labcorp, at least that is what management likes to throw in your face about the "tough" times, yet the company has posted a profit every quarter I worked there for 5 straight years. Management rarely promotes the people that deserve it, hard work is not valued, but pandering to what management wants to hear is very valued.
