Pros
Just like most Fortune 500 companies, Quest offers their employees a fair package of salary and benefits. It is not exceptional but it is comparable to others. They are supportive of community involvement and allow employees to contribute on Quest time. They communicate corporate information and activities well.
Cons
Promoting change in a large company environment like Quest is almost impossible. Maybe it is today's business environment that prohibits change because Quest is lax in identifying actions for change. They not only create an environment where apathy grows, but they also allow it. There are double standards. There is an obvious lop-sidedness between male and female management positions. It is a dysfunctional environment where issues are ignored, advancement is stagnant, and achievement is not rewarded. The environment is how can we get more and be happy you have a job. Why should I be happy that I am unhappy in my job because of the above mentioned cons?
