Pros

Pay is decent for the area

Cons

It's a call center. They don't like process improvements and outside of HR the employees are not treated well. The benefits are not competitive either. If you leave the company they terminate benefits same day. There is not a lot of oversight or enforcement when it comes to conflict between managers and employees and there is a lot of harassment and bullying. I highly do not recommend this company for anyone. They practice no rehire lists too.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
