      What the heck happened?

      Initially room for growth Flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      No work life balance whatsoever Working from home = not seeing the sunlight Zero focus on employee satisfaction. Bonuses have been flattened for everybody regardless of work put in. Not rehiring employees, putting workload on existing staff. Lack of over support and consideration.

      Pros

      The only pro would be your co-workers who hate the place as much as you do.

      Cons

      No promotions, no raises, benefits have been reduced to ridiculous and potential financial ruin for their employees. No profit sharing for the masses all profits given to CEO and upper management. I have been an employee for a very long time. Have been through many acquisitions. Being with Quest has been a study in how not to treat employees. They don't care about the patients they care about their profits.

      Overworked and underappreciated

      Listen to music throughout shift.

      Cons

      Very overworked with mandatory overtime every day (two+ hours) No real feedback other than weekly typing speed and accuracy Impossible to get time off/must put in vacation request in September for the entire following calendar year and you will rarely get a day off approved. Company does not value employees' personal lives/poor work/life balance, as Data Entry department works around 50 hours a week or more. No room for movement. Company plays favorites and supervisors will get weeks off at a time while hourly employees cannot get one single requested day off.
