Learning the route is easy, You get a lot of time to listen to podcasts Deadlines are flexible as you run the route alone and it is up to you to manage your time effectively Some good benefits if you need labs done frequently

Cons

I don’t see many options for more hours and boosts in pay I permanently have to work 6 days a week with Saturday not being a significant amount more money. The shift is really short on Saturday and they expect you to be on call but only pay you two hours for waiting your whole morning.
