Pros

- Laid back atmosphere. - A lot of vacation time. - Everyone is very friendly. - Good pay for the industry. - Bonus Structure (once understood) can be lucrative. - Great training program.

Cons

- You need to know someone to get anywhere. - A lot of political stuff goes on behind closed doors. - A lot of staff is stuck where they are & are more than willing to tell you how bad its gotten.

Pros

Stay out of Quest Diagnostics, there are no pros.

Cons

Convinced that this is a liberal run company with socialistic intents. Prepare to resist using the restroom and getting hungry. Stay at your desk at all times, never get thirsty. Restrain yourself from any outside world contact, as anyone needing to contact you in an emergency, such as your child's school is strictly forbidden. Only supervisors are allowed to fart around and speak with people and leave for hours on end for an emergency. Prepare for swollen and aching muscles, headaches, and massive burnout! If you are still interested in working here, knock yourself out!

Pros

Good benefits, pay was decent.

Cons

Phlebotomist a are expected to do the workload of 2-3 people and are now micromanaged, thanks to new procedures. Supervisors are of no help, and are unprofessional and unequipped to their job. Upper management is is like the wizard of Oz- a faceless entity that barks out orders behind a curtain. The company has time and money for propaganda and sales gimmicks like the "quiggles" device they spent tons of money on, yet they are laying people off left and right. If you want to be worked to death, to where your so burned out you can't remember your own name, then work for Quest Diagnostics. They'll finally let you rest when they lay you off after giving you 3 days notice.
