      Pros

      Good job for someone who has daycare issues and needs to be home during the day. Benefits were adequate. Great for a night person who doesn't like traffic and staying up all night. Shift differential for graveyard shift was a plus.

      Cons

      Found out that while on graveyard shift, (8:30-5:00 am), even though your shift may end on a holiday, you will NOT get holiday pay for those hours. Your shift is fully paid for the day on which you started working. THAT was a drawback. Management for the graveyard shift was NEVER there, and the operations were run by Lead Processors - some were knowledgeable but others were not. Literacy is a HUGE problem here- seems like high school drop outs were hired and even promoted to management. The graveyard shift - don't do it if you want a life. Worst 3 years of my life. Zero chance to move into daytime hours.

      Pros

      As with many healthcare businesses you get job security. They also offer a good vacation, healthcare, and 401k package. Good educational assistance as well.

      Cons

      Workload is incredibly high. So high that it becomes impossible to provide good customer service, so customers complaints are hundreds. Management overwork its employees.
