You do have to deal with the constant gossip of co-workers, the favoritism of the team leads and people that have worked there for one or several decades. All work is primarily night shift. The floor manager will come down from the throne he calls an office and go straight to the board where your statistics (errors, work done per hour, free time) are put on display for everyone to see.
