      Accrue a lot of time off (6hrs every 2 weeks) Pays well compared to other diagnostics labs Loved my coworkers

      Cons

      Incredibly understaffed Sick days also come out of personal PTO bank Corporate doesn't understand what turnaround times are realistic based on the staff per shift

      * Overnight workers get a slight pay bump * An easy job to do/learn

      Cons

      * Management is rude and does not care about the employee * There is very little room for moving up directly * You are expected to stay overtime if the work isn't done by the end of your shift * They swap your schedule after the fact even knowing your avaliablility

      There were opportunities to learn how to use GC and LC instrumentation.

      Cons

      Non-traditional shifts 5:00 AM-1:30 PM, 12:00-8:30 PM, or 8:00 PM- 5:30 AM Must work at least one weekend day. Overtime was pretty regular and during their busy season required 5-10 hours per week.
