Pros

Coworkers are willing to help teach and refine techniques if time allows. Paid Parking, Milage reimbursement

Cons

Management plays favorites, will decline taking your call or answering text messages if they're feeling petty or don't like you. Coworkers talk, text and record conversations, take shortcuts to reduce turnaround time, will mess with your tubes to make you look bad. No MSDS available at my site, found out during exposure when no higher ups would answer my calls/texts. Responded by email at end of next day.

Pay is OK. You have mandatory overtime frequently if you work in the right department. So you can make decent money.

Mandatory overtime. Poor communication. Overworked in several departments.
