Pros
Compared to other companies, I cannot think of any pros. As a matter of fact, I have found a better offer.
Cons
Lack of product knowledge and management by senior management. Lack of product knowledge by project managers and business analysts to successfully complete lab requested application enhancements. Vague requirements for what the business says they want. Comparatively mediocre pay for a lot of work that consistently warrants overtime. No work/life balance. High deductible medical plans. Challenging medical cost coverage with PayFlex card.
