MY BEST REVIEW FOR EVERY UP COMMING ENGINEERS

Pros

This is a company who will make you work in every technologies except your base technology(means the thing that you are hired for) I was hired for C++ but they put me in to documentation and later they put me in to junk work like code localization etc. Wasted 2 years.

Cons

9.30hrs inside office, shift times are strict,1:2sysem sharing, will forget your core technologies,hiring will be instant, just say dont have job to get recruited immediately, no employee satisfactions, PL/Tech leads dont have much experience

Pros

Your co-workers are very honest about the company that you are working for. The information they gave me allow me to think ahead and search for another position.

Cons

There is a issue with their payroll. They don not process their employees checks on time so you never receive it when its expected. When you do receive it, it is not the hours that you have worked.

Flexible and friendly work environment, work-life balance is maintained, good annual appraisals provided the performance is up to the mark. A good place to start ones career

Cons

Have to work in Shifts, long working hours, the review procedure are tiring and time consuming.
