      Helpful senior engineers and leadership, reasonable expectations. Some weeks are busy some aren’t as much, overall flexible with schedule / remote work.

      Good Leadership - Quest EM leadership is genuinely good. My seniors supported me a lot. Work Culture - I feel flexible work culture has helped a lot especially during the time I was suffering from medical issues. Professional Growth - As team is rapidly expanding, received ample opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Location - I guess Quest can look for diversification from Bangalore location especially for energy sector.
