      Pros

      Best part of this company is the young crowd. It feels like everyone is between the ages of 25-35. Making it a fun community of young engineers that get together on the weekend. The management doesn't micromanage you. You will have as much freedom as you need to complete the job.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are not very high, but its a really great step into a good industry.
