Do Not Waste Your Time

Pros

Flexible schedule is nice. You are obligated to be there from 9-3, so you can go in early or go in at 9, whatever you prefer. Also, if "doing nothing" all day is your style of work, this job will suite that desire.

Cons

The pay is well below the mean for a project engineer. You are really nothing more than a data entry worker; which, in my opinion, is a degrading feeling when I've graduated college and gotten an engineering degree. There are no paid holiday's. The 10 vacation days must be applied to the holiday closures and furlough time. Don't get sick and don't make plans for a vacation.

Pros

Healthcare benefits aren't horrible. They host different events throughout the year, so free food.

Cons

Schedules are EXPECTED to be flexible, Management struggles to be professional. Finding someone knowledgeable about anything related to the company is difficult & always changing. You never get the same answer twice. Practices are not fully thought out or effective. Quest Global designed programs are unreliable & difficult to use & showcase a lack of commonsense. Salary adjustments are HORRIBLE, They expect you to over-achieve but only want to compensate you 1%-2% more a year when you do. They can't hold up to their "Quest Global Culture" Upper Management and HR is a joke. They have little to no interactions with employees, They have no clue what jobs employees actually perform and are not honest or transparent in anything. They twist their words and hide there intentions to benefit the dollar the company makes & do not value their employee in the slightest. They act as if their employees are idiots and don't have the right to have a negative experience working for Quest Global.
