Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits, lots of business lines to get into, people are fantastic and great team effort, fun places to go for sales kick offs. Work-life balance has been fantastic. I'm able to work from home full time and complete my work with no problems.
Cons
Some departments pay is not as competitive as other companies. Raises are not given every year. Owned by a VC, so downsizing is a very real and persistent fear. My particular BU has struggled a lot with keeping costs down to an uncomfortable level at some points, but not all.
