Pros

Both platforms and a few products are valuable and are a large opportunity to capture and help customers with lower risk and a new way to enable AI. Good people, chance to build something really great and shape the strategy. C level and leadership feels in with you. Will be able to grow quickly.

Cons

Brand doesn’t reflect the reality of the company due to being an older company - not recognized for having the great relevant products and support despite having them. A lot of internal forms, metrics, tasks, which seem to take away from execution to rev.

Pros

You get to work with some really massive, recognizable brands, which is great for the resume. The best part is the autonomy, management trusts you to run your accounts without breathing down your neck. It’s a solid place for people who like to "own" their work. Plus, the emphasis on actual strategy rather than just answering support tickets makes the day-to-day feel much more impactful.

Cons

The product list is huge, so it feels like you’re constantly learning something new. Which is addressed with several training avenues they offer.
