Great way to get experience in software sales,

Cons

Layoffs past 2 years so stability is not what it used to be. Constant changes to pay structure for BDRs making it harder to earn over attainment. Hiring freezes has stopped promotions in a big way. Average tenure is close to 2 years when back in its glory days, A BDR used to get promoted after 1 year. Compensation is well below market its almost laughable.

Not much movement and limited budgets for pay increases. Eventually restructuring lead to downsizing.

OneLogin had incredible company culture and top-notch leadership and collaboration, before being acquired by Quest.

Cons

Quest leadership is very scattered, and is unable to identify and support the most productive teams in the organization.
