Pros

I have been with Quest for 9 years. I like the flexible work arrangements at Quest that give me the freedom in how I fulfil my work obligations. A healthy work-life balance is another element that is important for a working mum that I have managed to practice in this Company.

Cons

Lack of career progression due to limited position available.

1. Super helpful and supporting colleagues. 2. Bosses are concern about their staffs. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Work life balance. 5. Career growth. 6. Flexi benefits to be used for other things such as working remotely, benefits on personal gym/health line and etc. 7. Provide opportunity to move to new team / department. 8. Internal job rotation. 9. Great training provided. 10. Able to deal & work with business partners.

Cons

1. Retaining new talents should have done better. 2. Low increment and bonus. 3. Low-Average salary compared to other MNC.
