      Leadership seems to be lacking

      Pros

      Casual work environment, flexible work arrangements, love my immediate manager and team members.

      Cons

      Management direction is lacking. I have personally witnessed verbally abusive and passive aggressive behavior towards employees by senior management. The company departments are silos.
