Stable Environment, Company Car, good salary

Cons

Hire & Fire, No work-life-balance, every year a couple of People have to go, They are always talking about the "Quest Family", but there is no social behaviour

Pros

- Quest had a fantastic employee/family oriented culture. - Great colleagues who worked so well together. - Fast and flexible work environment with quick decision making process to get things done.

Cons

- Quest culture now gone to be replaced by a less 'personal', more political Dell culture. - Integration of software businesses could have been managed better and more effectively. - From a fast, flexible environment to a monolithic matrix organisation.

Great people, nice offices in Cork, good experience working with a wide variety of people.

Cons

Politics involved in working in a big company, To move up the ladder you need to have a good relationship with key people. The best person doesn't always get the promotion as a result.
