Pros

Quest has many solution areas, allowing you to help customers in a variety of ways. Unlike a company that sells only one product, you have many solutions to grow the account.

Cons

You can have multiple reps calling into the same accounts. It's critical reps make good notes for all to see.

Varied Projects, Good Opportunities Possible

Pros

A lot of different projects and product categories to work within. Primary product category is IT software, so lots of challenges to tackle in that space.

Cons

As with all software companies, the market place changes quite a bit from year to year. Trying to stay ahead of the curve can be a challenge. As such, certain projects and plans can change quite a bit.
