Pros

I really enjoy working at Quest - they dtake software development seriously and are interested in getting good quality software out to the market.

Cons

Communication and process at Quest could use some improvement. They do a good job at on-boarding but there is still a lot of information that has not made it into the on-boarding spiel. Also, it seems as though evey group has its own way of doing things so a lot of time is spent discussing what works and doesn't works and planning process improvement in each group where it seems like there are some economies of scale to be had here.
