Good Company to start a career in support and gradually move positions if you wish to make a mark.

Cons

downsides few, do push yourselves up the ladder to get recognized.

Decent place to work and a good starting point.

Pros

Decent work enviroment where everyone seems to care. Mangement is pretty open to direction and taking ground level employee views on whats going in the market place.

Cons

Its a bit of a boys club on who you know. Certain decisions and changes get made and sometimes your left in the dark about is going on. Aquistions have been questionable and rumors do float around on what is going on. pay structure and teritories do change on a yearly basis.

Profitable company that focuses on developing solid relationships with customers as opposed to just selling them software and moving on.

Cons

There seems to be some uncertainty as to how to move the company to the next step of being in the upper echeclon of successful software companies
