The environment is friendly and relaxed. There's a learning day every other Friday. The company actually invests on their employees, pay for conferences and learning tools (e.g. pluralsight).
Cons
Too much flexibility working from home resulted in a deserted office most days. It's a relatively small company, so there are career opportunities, but you might as well feel stuck at some point.
I liked the people and the work. Teleworking was good too.
Cons
CEO verges upon certifiable. He cannot keep out of the weeds and is always micromanaging every aspect of day-to-day life within QM. He knows nothing about software development and asks for features that make no sense.
