Pros

Questis offers extreme work/life flexibility, the ability to define and design your role, and the opportunity to work with a group of passionate people who want to make difference in the world. Questis also allows employees the chance to be hands-on in shaping the direction of the company. It is an "everyone's company" kind of place. There are culture clubs, book clubs, and many other ways to get involved.

Cons

In order to succeed at Questis, you need to be self-motivated, driven, and willing to operate outside of your role at times. It is a small, face-paced organization that can be stressful. Questis has been through a lot of changes in the past year but with new leadership, direction, and focus, things are looking up!
