Pros
Quevera continues to grow because it's services are based on investing in their employees in so many ways. A key benefit each year is the company vacation where you get to getaway to spend quality time with co-workers and bond with families. This is a great way to just learn about all the great people you work with outside of the hustle and bustle work environments.
Cons
No cons because through challenges, the company is flexible to adapt. Like in this pandemic situation, all employees were able to WFH to ensure they are safe and still getting paid. That's just amazing! NO CONS!
