They care a lot about their culture and in cultivating the leaders of their company. 2 of my 3 interviews were with executives of the company, and my final interview was with my regional manager. For people who are smart, kind and driven, this is a great place to work. I connected with everyone well at every step of the way and they showed lots of respect and dedication to their work, while also allowing plenty of family time. The orientation was great as they invited us to their service center (HQ) and helped us to know that we would be supported every step of the way.

Cons

The interview process did take quite some time for several people. My process only took about 3 months, but others took quite a bit longer.
