Good company structure with a strong culture . They support their teams and have open doors for suggestions,complaints,and improvements

Cons

the goal post moves and complicates your daily schedule. You can not get into a routine because what's most important changes and expectations are moving as the company grows

Decent work schedule and culture.

Cons

Work and life balance can get hard at times and no yearly raises for our position. Every other position gets a raise from hourly team members to Directors of Operations but not store leaders.
