Pros

Good money, good culture, high expectations for treating co workers well. Good mindsets. Not a stiff environment. co workers are usually funny and easy to engage with because of the culture and people Quicken attracts. Great health insurance and very affordable. for a family of 3-4 it is just under 300$ a month for ppo.

Cons

Things change a lot including your compensation. You can one day be able to work from home and then you can’t. You can be one day making x amount per loan and then the next month they change your pay. They do not provide high enough bases for commission employees. A brand new banker should not make the same base pay as a veteran banker. I get paid one of the higher bases due to my speciality and it’s only 40,000. I make 100-130 in commission which is great but they could do both. They could start with 40,000 and as you get more tenured you get a larger base.
