Pros

There is lots of room for financial growth and you can earn a comfortable living with many different perks like retirement, life insurance, and discounts on services like auto insurance, cellular services, and more.

Cons

Working in operations was very monotonous and if you have no passion for the job itself than it can it be very dispiriting much of the time. Long days chained to a desk and talking on the phone with clients who aren't always pleasant can really drain ones soul, even if you perform well at your job.
