great hours flexible work schedules really good managers

Cons

easy to rob on the overnight shifts because most stores only have one person working which is crud some managers that need training on how to work with their staff teenagers wanting an easy job, but don't wanna do the work like they're supposed to.

Pros

Great pay & benefits if you don't have a college degree. Considerably opportunity for advancement. Fast-paced environment and great training program.

Cons

Can be a high stress environment with little or no opportunity to let off steam when something goes wrong. Some obscure loophole in labor laws allows company to restrict breaks. i.e. you get no breaks, even if you work a 16 hour day, which is possible if too many people call in sick.

Pros

If you're looking for a great paying job, with benefits, and a retirement package, then Quiktrip is the company for you. They treat every employee like family and are truly dedicated to making work an enjoyable experience. It's extremely easy to move up within the comapny. Granted that the company is privately owned, the infrastructure of the company is incomparable to any other gasoline retailer. It's the perfect job for someone looking for a full time career or a young kid looking to make great money working part time. I highly recommend applying for this company. I've been here for 4 years and I'm still very pleased.

Cons

The hours are fairly long and you aren't granted any lunch breaks. It can be a little hectic during rush periods. The entry level management position schedules are a bit rough on the body, but it's nothing one with a good head on their shoulders can't handle.
