Pros

Great benefits, excellent pay. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Very fast paced work environment with little downtimes and tons of work to be done.

Cons

Very early start times on some shifts and sometimes can be difficult to get scheduled time off shifts in advance.

Pros

QuikTrip offers great pay and excellent benefits. There is a real sense of comradery among fellow employees. Fast paced environment which makes the day go by fast. Good recession-proof job security.

Cons

I have worked for QuikTrip for almost a decade now and I still love the company but feel that we are currently going in the wrong direction. With expanding inside food services, we keep having more and more to do but yet we get no more help. This is leading to worse customer service, lack of cleaniness, food handling violations, and just a sloppy operation all together. The company expects so much of us but doesnt give us the means to do things the right way. Our DAW (Daily Assignment Worksheet) is filled with so many tasks for one shift it has become a complete joke. One clerk from 2 to 9 with 12 hours worth of tasks to complete. Not going to happen. Things were not like this in the old days, just hope the company comes to its senses before all of its dedicated employess start putting in apps at RaceTrac
