Pros

insurance, vacation time... wish there was more.

Cons

unusual and unethical treatment of all minority class, sexual and general harassment. Mid-Management will do anything to appear like an innovator by plagiarizing employees in everyday work environments and resource groups. Advancement is possible but I have seen many employees fail due to not making the right workplace friends. Advancement is more like movement with so many (young) markets opening in the last decade many employees see advancement through relocation. Quiktrip thrives by a philosophy that we have no idea what were doing but one day, "after we break every ones back," we`ll figure it out and possibly be really good at it. Except maybe scheduling... car washes... beer.... fo..d...
