Pros

The only good thing about this company is the pay compared to other similar companies. This company also comes with good benefits and has a monthly bonus which is pretty good.

Cons

Not a good place to work if you have a family and also upper management does not follow policy when it comes to promoting workers. A lot of politics and unfair promotions. Also very rough schedules are required for this job.

Pros

Fast paced, personal growth, best pay in the industry, good benefits, great people, fair company, strong leadership, and there is a very strong underlaying culture that becomes a bond that you will share with all your coworkers that will last a lifetime.

Cons

You work with people. I know your thinking "I work with people," but its not the same. Think about this. Everybody buys gasoline, alcohol, or cigarettes. We could have George Bush walk in to buy gas and directly behind him is a rapist with victim in the trunk that we don't know about. We see it all, and deal with it all. Then there is everything in between. Its not for everybody.

Pros

Employees are compensated from entry-level to upper management at higher rates than their counterparts in any other company (to my knowledge). Quiktrip employees retain the ability to grow and succeed no matter the state of the nation's economy. Every task done is vital to the company's superiority to competitors, therefore every employee is treated as a vital link to its success.

Cons

A person who starts at entry-level and wants to eventually become Vice President will take about 15 either lateral moves in pay or slight decreases. As a result, many move into entry management where the bonuses line their pocket and stay for the duration of their career. This is the only con; people tend to get settled in a position due to wages, while their potential could have been higher.
