No Pro's. Only a good job if you kiss butt or are female.

They screw you over constantly.

Pros

Depending on your manager it can make or break your experience

Cons

Poor leadership in the higher ranks. Poor communication. Leadership says employee concerns are heard, but they don't resolve the issues.

Pros

Ability to fight for hours. Partial shift off. Bonus. Honestly, in my opinion there's not many pros. Unless you're willing to move up and be stuck here the rest of your life. Not worth the stress or poor treatment.

Cons

Clerks get paid a fraction of what managers do to basically run and keep the store afloat. Managers barely do anything. We get no breaks, no discounts, only given stale food, have to pay for cups to drink water, customers treat us terribly, gas station that neither allows beards nor tattoos, treated like a complete slave, hardest working clerks go unappreciated, poor balance of power, managers only push clerks so that the store looks good allowing them to get a bigger bonus. Too much to name. I do not recommend this job if you want to keep your sanity.
