Pros

Weekly customer service bonuses, 10 sick days & 5 personal days and tuition reimbursement for students at a college or university.

Cons

No breaks, pay, dress code and appearance, cleaning restrooms, taking out trash multiple times, disrespectful customers, customer compliants, lazy co-workers and management.

I run all day long, I would not recommend if you are not an athlete. Favoritism in promotions.

Pros

Retention bonuses are great, fast paced environment makes the work day go by fast, most managers and co workers are great to work with.

Cons

They don't really fire people, so the ones who suck are getting payed even when you do are the one doing all of the work. We don't get breaks, so you are rushed to eat (if you get to) and are rushed to use the rest room (again, if you get a chance to). Clerks are not really respected with the amount of hours you get. Once they get you in the door with the amount of hours you want, they cut them drastically.
