Pros
Good benefits and you will get in good shape because they are going to work you to the bone.
Cons
The starting pay is tempting at 36,000 for assistant managers. But the hours are terrible and 36,000 is not enough money to compensate for what this job does to your life. As an assistant you start out working close to home and the hours you signed up for. After they have you working for a while, they will move you to a ghetto store 45 min. or more from your house where people try to steal from you on an hourly basis. Your manager will suggest that you need to do what you have to get promoted and that means working off the clock to meet the unreasonable expectations of the company. This means that you will have 48 hours paid, 10 hours drive time, and 4+ unpaid. The store managers will work you at an abusive level, but it is because they are getting worked by their supervisors at an abusive level. Bottom line: if you have to have the money work here for a little while but keep looking.
