Pros

Many shifts are available to pick up. Weekly pay. Able to call off the same day before shift if you have days to take off.

Cons

Work culture is bizarre and exclusive. No breaks. Inconsistent and oftentimes rude management. Not enough available days off.

A weekly paycheck that is paid every week. (Required at least 5 words)

Cons

Very few on the maintenance side move up as external hires. They promote from within. Meaning they promote those who are usually store side who are not familiar with repairs or maintenance. The blind leading the blind. It all changed when the old man (founding father) passed away in 2013. Has gotten worse each and every year. Without question.
