Pros

-Free Food when working Kitchen: some days you are moved from cashier to work the kitchen by yourself, but when you work kitchen you can make yourself free food, and the food is actually really good. -Time can sometimes go by quick -Free Drinking Cup that you can get free refills at fountain drink and cup is high quality -If you love food or the feeling of being a kid at a gas station and getting whatever you want then that's a pro since you can one day buy a hot dog, another day grab a slice of pizza or make nachos. Maybe try a bunch of drinks, one new drink a day idk, keeps things interesting and something to look forward to at end if your shift

Cons

-$10per hour pay, not worth it, let me explain the truth and the reasons -No breaks, oh and your extremely busy you have no time to ever be on your phone unless your in the restroom -If you work at a location with a lot of trashcans by pumps it can take a longtime emptying them when management expects it done in 15mins -If you wear Glasses and when you have to restock beer in the fridge your gonna have to work blind and take them off because it's too cold and you can't see in them since they fog up. -You are forced to buy a $40 quiktrip sweater since that's all your allowed to stay warm and that's your best option for when you have to go in the freezer. -If your location is busy which i hear 90% of them are, don't expect to get help when you work the kitchen by yourself, you have to help customers order they're food if they need help, wash all the dishes, and prep all food for next shift, and clean all equipment at end of day, balancing all those responsbilites while still cooking for customers. You have to work fast, to make the day, and also big tip ask when you get trained about prepping for the next shift because i was never trained that and i kept getting screamed at by management and coworkers when i had no knowledge of what i was supposed to do regarding prep but i learned it after a bit. -Your work days feel 100% wasted you: If you work day shifts(2pm -10pm on Cashier days or 3-11pm on kitchen days), you get off work late and just feel tired and when you wake up you don't have enough time to do anything fun. -When you mop with the machine customers just step everywhere and make it worse than it was in the first place

Pros

Very flexible on schedules, pays very well for what they are asking of you. Team members are usually very friendly and helpful

Cons

Dresscode, as a male the dress code is rather sexist to me. Does not allow long hair nor earrings its not the 80's anymore and feels outdated They also do not allow tattoos to be shown and must be covered

Pros

As an hourly employee you get what you put in. You can make as much money as you want because there are plenty of hours to go around.

Cons

Management plays mind games in order to control and force hardworkers to work harder. Management loves to watch camera and listen to conversation under the guise of “inventory and cash research”
