Pays well, but expects your soul

Pros

Pay, "opportunity" for advancement, timid of legal battles so whats in policy is in policy, in other words if you dont stray out of what is in black and white you will virtually never be fired.

Cons

Schedule, expectations, work life balance, physical and mental health values and help. Yes there is employee assistance program. So you get three free counseling sessions....whoop whoop, but the awful schedules, constant value of pleasing customer base over the value of the employee (ive seen customers ABUSE employees physically and mentally and the employee just has to take it, if you confront the situation the company will say you antagonized it and you will be disciplined) its money over person and they call it culture.

decent pay and flexible hours for part timers

no breaks, the amount asked of employee's is a lot for the pay offered.

Employees literally do everything so be prepared. During Covid Pandemic, I did not feel safe.
